Features

1. Ultra-low pressure loss: Through development of the special filter media by optimizing diameter and composition of fibers, we realized low pressure loss (20%); specifically reduced 18 Pa, from 88 Pa of our previous products to 70 Pa at a surface wind velocity of 2.5 m/s. This contributes to reducing the power consumption of air conditioners when interval control is applied.
2. Reuse by washing: Since the fibers of the nonwoven fabric are firmly bonded together, they can be washed and reused.
3. Flame retardant: The flame retardancy of this product is Class 3 by the JACA method (JACA No. 11A, Flammability Test Method for Filter Media of Air Purifiers).
4. Antibacterial and deodorizing: Antibacterial and deodorizing functions can be added as options for places where many people gather, such as office buildings and large commercial facilities, and for food factories where the growth of bacteria becomes a concern.
